Hello!
I am looking to move out in the next month or so, as I’ve decided to move in with my girlfriend. Ideally looking for someone to take over my tenancy asap.
**THE ROOM**
The room is a cosy double, with lots of natural light!
The room comes unfurnished but I will likely be looking to sell off some of my furniture currently in the room if you wanted it including: double bed frame, double mattress and chest of drawers (will take a better picture of my room soon!)
**THE FLAT**
The flat is a 2 bed 1 bathroom flat in a secure block off Tooting high street.
Spacious open plan living room kitchen area that’s fully equipped and has loads of storage.
There is also plenty of room in the living room for a desk if you are WFH.
**THE LOCATION**
The flat is an 8 minute walk to tooting overground station and 10 minute walk to Tooting Broadway underground (northern line)
The flat is surrounded by loads of amenities, a short walk from Tooting common along with a gym opposite the flat, plenty of lovely pubs and some top restaurants/cafes!
**COSTS**
Rent is £650 without bills and this price is locked in till the end of the tenancy in June.
Flat is registered under a cheap letting scheme with L and Q (hence the cheap rent!) - it’s supposed to be 1,000 a month.
It does mean your salary will need to be under 40k if you wish to move in.
Bills are roughly £140 a month but have been going down recently.
Deposit is £900.
**REFERENCES**
References will be required to move in, and the process can take about 1-2 weeks so would recommend starting to think about this now.
This flat has been a great place to live and will be sad to leave. Nathan the other tenant is a great laugh, who’s social and clean and he will be looking for someone similar.
