Room 1: £850 pcm excl bills
Room 2: £950 pcm excl bills

Council tax is £62 in total for all tenants.

Tooting Broadway is a 5-minute walk away & is only a 21-minute tube to Bank - super quick commute to the City of London!

2-minute walk to the closest gym, Tesco is 30 seconds away, loads of shops, pubs & restaurants close by!

I'm looking for some chilled, clean young professionals. I work in the office 2-3 days per week, enjoy chilling in front of the telly chatting in the evening, got to the gym & play sport on other nights - if you think this would be a good fit, please reach out!
