2-3 Month Sublet - Double Room With Ensuite

I'm going travelling over Christmas/New Year and looking to sublet my room while I'm away.

It's a large double room with ensuite avail for 2.5 months (dates are flexible/can be discussed as I haven't booked flights yet... but ideally around 7th Dec-15th Feb)

The room is on it's own floor (3rd/top floor). There's an ensuite with a bath but for showering I recommend using the shared bathroom as the shower attached to the bath isn't very good.

The house is huge with an open plan living room and study.
Also with an open plan kitchen and dining room.
There's a small garden but you probably won't spend much time in it with it being winter!

Less than a 5 min walk to Tooting Broadway station, bus stops, Tooting Market, the high street, Aldi (most importantly!)

Sharing with 3 other girls - all friendly, clean and tidy. We don't spend much time together in the evenings/on the weekends as we have our own lives but the girls are a great laugh when we do happen to all be in the house together.

The price is £1,000 per month including bills.

Looking for a female who is also friendly and clean! Age 25-30 but not strictly.
