Double Room Tooting Broadway/Earlsfield

Double room available in newly built development between Tooting Broadway and Earlsfield from December 🤍🤍

I’m looking for someone in their mid to late 20s to join me in this newly built (2022) 3 bed flat situated between Tooting Broadway and Earlsfield from December 1st (room for some flexibility).

About the room:

- Rent will be £1070 per month and bills tbc but expect these to be less than £100 pm (should be able to confirm over next few days)
- The room is a large double unfurnished (except for bed and wardrobe/drawers in attached photo) and would be able to fit a desk if you are wfh.
- The room has large sliding doors that face out to the stadium (picture added for reference) but this does not cause any major noise disturbance (this used to be my room so know firsthand).

About the flat:

- The rest of the flat comes fully furnished with dishwasher, coffee machine and air fryer.
- Plenty of storage throughout the flat with a walk in pantry and washing cupboard.
- Massive balcony with outdoor furniture and a shed for any additional storage (picture for reference)
- 24/7 concierge
- There is a gym within the development which is c.£56pm
- Bike storage within the communal car park
- There is no car park space but possible opportunity to rent one out for £250pm if interested

About the area:

- The flat is situated around 15 min walk to Earlsfield station and Tooting Broadway (northern line) however there are buses that come every few minutes to take you in either direction.
- The area is super quiet but also has good transport into Clapham/Balham.
- There is a Lidl less than 2 minute walk away.

About me/you:

- I am 26 years old from Scotland and moved to London just over 2 years ago. I work in audit (promise I’m not boring 🤣) and tend to work from home around 2/3 times per week depending on the time of the year
- I do have my own group of friends and would be great for you too aswell but also looking for someone I can become friends with and not just a housemate (go for coffees/wine nights/pub)😊

Due to upcoming committments I won’t be holding viewings until 8th November.

Side note: there is a larger double en-suite room with direct access to the balcony also available but I am waiting on photos before advertising. This room will be more expensive so would ideally be more suitable for a couple/indivudal with bigger budget. Happy to receive messages if you’d be interested and can send photos on when I get them 😊.
