Hiiii! We are looking for a 4th girl to join our amazing house in Tooting Broadway as our lovely housemate has gone and got herself Engaged!
Move in date: Flexible between December 1st & 9th
- The House -
We have all lived here over 2+ years and very much call this house our home. We have a big livingroom, kitchen, garden and loads of storage space. We also have a big bathroom with a bathtub and a shower cabin as well so you can always pick an choose. Our street is quiet and really close to the market & tube station (5min walk-ish)
Tooting has so many nice pubs and restaurants, and obviously there's Tooting Market as well!
— The Room —
- The room is £675 pcm and bills come to around £70. You will probably not find cheaper bills in the area! (no literally, our water bill is only £10 each per month)
- Deposit is £750 & we deal directly with a real estate and the landlord is super laidback.
- The room itself includes the bed, space for a desk, and comes with a wardrobe & chest of drawers
- The household -
You'll be living with Eleanor, Ciara & Cortney.
We're very laidback, clean, like a beer or a wine watching TV together, going to the pub or a picnic in the park, but we also have a good balance of having our own space and doing our own thing.
We're just looking for a similar girl who is friendly, up for going to the pub sometimes or watch TV together in the evenings as well as clean and pulls her weight in the household stuff too!
