Looking for 3 working professionals, who have rental history in London, to move into a 3-bed house between Tooting Bec and Broadway. One room available immediately, the others from December 1st, contract until 31 October 2025 with an option to extend.

The first room is a very large double, with plenty of space for a WFH setup, and lots of storage.

The other two double rooms are identical, one ground floor and one first floor. These rooms also share an extra study between them, with plenty of space for two desks, to WFH.

There is a large kitchen/dining room, separate living room, garden, bathroom and separate toilet.

The house is a 5 minute walk from Tooting Broadway tube station (Northern Line), 2 minutes from Lidl, Nandos, and Tooting market, and is down a quiet u-bend road with parking available via permit.

The landlord has requested a group of working professionals with landlord references available.
