LOOKING FOR HOUSEMATE ASAP - move in beginning of November🌸
Hey hey!! We are currently looking for a housemate in our lovely home in Tooting Broadway 💗 (contract takeover - will require referencing checks)
We would prefer someone around 25+ due to the girls being 25 and up 💗
No more than a 5 minute walk to the underground and loads of shops nearby! Genuinely such a nice and safe area to be in.
Housemates: 3 super lovely ladies aged 25-27, all super sociable and love sports and occasionally going out/ pub trips as well as a movie night in! Genuinely lovely girls and super sad to be moving out!
Room: lovely double bedroom with wardrobe(huge) and chest of drawers. Other items in photo are not included (2x2 unit/mirror/pink stool/tv unit).
£804 a month and bills are not included. Split system used within housemates.
House: 1 bathroom shared by all, both bath and shower included as well as space in mirror cupboard. Large living room and weekly rotating chore rota to keep it lovely!
Also brand new fridge with water dispenser! We also have a garden that (when it’s not too cold) is perfect for bbqs and hanging out in!
