Our housemate is moving out of London in May so looking for someone to take their room.
Room comes fully furnished.
Double bed, wardrobe, and a bedside cabinet.

We are 3 working professionals.

Easygoing household, we have sky sports and most streaming services between us.
We spend a couple hours together in the lounge most nights.
Communal space cleaning shared, bathroom shown shared between 3 of us (bath+standalone shower).

We are all good mates so an “interview” at the pub or lunch would be needed!

Nearest tube Tooting Broadway <10 mins.
Short walk to Tooting and Broadway markets.
