Double bed in houseshare

Our housemate is moving in with their partner so looking for someone to take their room come January.
Room comes fully furnished. Double bed, wardrobe, and a bedside cabinet.
3 working professionals, I work for a professional membership body, a chef/seafood account manager, and a serviced office worker.
I wfh 3 days a week, we have an office plus space to work in dining room, others work in city 5 days a week.
Two of us meal share so another home cook or foodie would be good.
Pretty easygoing communal spaces kept tidy.
We are all friends so an interview at the pub or lunch would be the final stage!
