Double bed in houseshare

Bills included in price (and sky sports).

Our housemate is moving out of London in October so looking for someone to take their room so we can remain in the property.
Room comes fully furnished.
Double bed, wardrobe, and a bedside cabinet.

We are 3 working professionals, I wfh 3 days a week, but we have an office plus space to work in dining room, others work in city 5 days a week.

Easygoing household, we have sky sports and most streaming services between us.
We spend a couple hours together in the lounge most nights.
Communal space cleaning shared, bathroom shown shared between 3 of us (bath+standalone shower).
Never been a queue for shower in the morning as we have different work patterns.

We are all good mates so an “interview” at the pub or lunch would be needed!

Nearest tube Tooting Broadway <10 mins.
Short walk to Tooting and Broadway markets.
