Available from 27th November onwards. Move in cost will be 1424.80, paying 1050 from then onwards (rent is due on the 17th of each month).
The room is suitable for a couple or single, and you would be living with two Aussies in their mid-twenties (1 boy/1 girl).
The flat is super accessible to various modes of transport, being a 10 minute walk to Tooting Broadway, 15 minute walk to Earlsfield Station, and a 2 minute walk to buses to Wandsworth, Clapham and Central etc.
There is a Lidl 2 minutes down the road, multiple gyms nearby, and a great chicken shop and off license directly across the road!
The room will come fully furnished (including double bed, built in wardrobes, desk and bedside tables).
