Up for grabs is a beautiful double bedroom as well as second room for use as an office/walk in wardrobe in a friendly house share.

About the rooms:

Bedroom 1: Medium sized quiet double room on the first floor facing the garden at the back of the house. There is plenty of storage in the room, including 4x drawers under a double bed, chest of drawers and plenty of natural light.

Room 2: small room that fits an office desk and chair, and is furnished only with a wardrobe. This has been useful as an office especially during the Covid period which was and still is ideal to keep the bedroom separate to work. The room faces the main road with natural light.

You will share a bathroom with one other housemate however there is a bathroom on all 3 floors that we all can use.

About the house: The large house is over three levels and has 3 other main bedrooms and 2 other bathrooms. The main living area is on the ground floor and is open plan. Its perfect spot for watching telly while cooking dinner and chilling on the sofa. In the summer we can open up the French doors and look out over the garden and have a bbq! We also have 2 fridges so plenty of space for the 4 of us.

About the area: We are on a main road, that is a few minutes walk from Tooting Broadway tube station. The main supermarkets are nearby including Sainsbury's, Aldi and Lidl. We are about 30 mins from central London on the northern line, and we are spoilt for choice woth the restaurants and tooting/broadway market just round the corner.

About your new housemates: Helen and Kat are 36 and work in social media. Amy is 39 and works for the NHS, she is moving out soon so a room on the ground floor is also available.
We are a friendly bunch, who equally love a night out or a night in watching trash tv. We like to hang out together but also do our own thing with our mates too. During the week we are pretty tame, but on the odd occasion we like to shake it up with a night out or a little house party.
We also all work from home a few days a week, but in our own rooms.

About you: looking for an outgoing person, ideally female 30+ who likes to socialise and hang out but also has their own interests.

Boring bits: We have a cleaner every fortnight, we all take turns paying her, so you end up paying once every 2 months.
Bills are usually £115 a month, but can fluctuate a little depending on the time of year. We split the costs of things like cleaning products and loo rolls.
The bedrooms and kitchen are fully furnished and equipped, all you need to do is move in.
