Double Room 2 minutes walk from tube

Hi everyone, one of my flatmates is moving out in the next couple of weeks so we have an opening in our lovely three bed property. It’s a nice flat with a spacious kitchen and living room. The room has a double bed and can fit a desk easily. Rent is £900 a month plus bills.

You’d be living with me and Sam (both 25), and we’re looking for someone wanting to make this their home. We both work full time but we enjoy going out at the weekends, and both want someone who’d be happy hanging out from time to time.

Note: We’re nearing the last 6 months of the contract which will renew in June so this would be a sublet situation until then. Previous tenants have had no issues with this, and contract normally rolls over with no issues.
