Double Room Tooting Broadway!

2 x Double room available from 25th January! Cute room in a 4 bed all female house.

VIEWINGS WILL BE ON WED 15TH JAN & THURS 16TH - Move in date is 25th Jan ( last min as waiting for 1 housemate to come back from Christmas in Oz!)

House & Room:
- Double rooms come furnished.
- No desk in the room currently in either however there is room for a desk.
- both room share a bathroom with one other room (3 in total)
- House has a spacious kitchen / living room with plenty of storage
- Small terrace for whole house but accessed through one of the girls bedrooms so have to be mindful of use.

Housemates:
3 other girls in our mid-late 20’s, really social and easy going, as a house we often go for drinks and spend evenings together.
On the other hand we all do like to do our own thing and like our space, nice to just keep a bit of balance!
We all do like going out but are not going completely wild every weekend, again a nice balance of going out with a some wholesome activities mixed in.

We’re all extremely clean and appreciate a clean house - we usually take turns deep cleaning and all chip in for cleaning products. Being clean and tidy are a non-negotiable.

We’re looking for somebody to be part of the house and not just another housemate. we’re also looking for someone who works occasionally in the office and who is happy to work in their bedroom if needed (rather than kitchen).

Location:
10 min walk from Tooting Broadway tube station and 5 mins from Tooting Broad at High Steet where there’s a load of shops, bars and restaurants. 10 minute walk from Tooting Train Station & roughly 15 mins from Tooting Common.

Rent:
- Rent is currently £680 pcm, the Landlord has made us aware this may be going up by 10% soon.
- Bills are on top of this and are usually £80-£100 a month.
- Move in fee is £150.
- Looking for somebody willing to stay for a year as it’s a £400 additional fee to break to contract.
