5 Week Sublet Tooting Broadway SW17

I’m renting my room in Tooting SW17. The room is available from December 22nd to January 26th (5 weeks) for £800, with all bills included.

The house has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a small living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a small outdoor area. The house is not likely to be full at times in this period due to other house members travelling/being away. You would be living with 4 other professionals in their mid-20s.

Location: 5 mins walk from Tooting Broadway station, with a Sainsbury’s, Lidl, Aldi and Tesco all closer than the station. The home is less than 100m from Tooting High St.

Rooms: Double Room on the 2nd floor with spacious storage and a TV. The bathroom and kitchen are also shown in the images.
