About us:
We are 3 young-ish professionals working in tech and media. We are social, friendly, travel quite a lot but most importantly keep the house nice and tidy. We are happy to share our instas if you want to do your due diligence that we are nice and normal. Looking for a new flatmate that is tidy, sociable & up for getting involved in spending time as a flat occasionally - brownie points if you like a nice cocktail bar, games night or dinner parties.
About the flat:
It’s an aprox 10 minute walk to Tooting Broadway/ the Northern Line and Tooting Train Station where you can get the ThamesLink. It’s in Wandsworth so very cheap council tax. Neighbours are quiet and we've never had issues with them.
It’s fully furnished and has good sized double room that fit a working from home desk. There is also a terrace for summer BBQ that is an absolute sun trap.
The rooms would be £840 each (plus bills, council tax & cleaner) and the deposit which the landlord will take and put in the Deposit Protection Scheme.
Must be a working professional for referencing with a minimum £35K salary to pass the background checks as per the landlord's request.
