Two rooms available in a newly renovated garden flat 2 mins walk to Tooting Broadway station.

I’m a young professional (can you still say that at 36 🤣😅- I don’t fully act my age to be honest) who like sports and hanging out with mates. I’m looking for some friendly people to share the flat with and help create a nice environment for us to live. In the current place we regularly cook together (if in, occasionally go out for drinks and I’ve genuinely made some great friends - hoping for the same here.

I only get the keys on Jan 14th so pretty much everything is brand new - I’ll be busy getting everything set up for people to join later in Jan. if you are interested please drop me a message, and we can arrange time for a viewing. Please in your message include a little bit about you :)

Room Details:

- Room 1: en-suite double (pictures are labeled). £1200 pcm - bills included.

- Room 2: double room - £1000 pcm bills included

The prices are all in and include all the bills, including the internet etc. and a cleaner bi-weekly - the rooms are (will be) furnished.
