Cosy, light double room in a friendly flatshare

Hello! We have a spacious double room available, and looking to have a friendly new housemate move in. In terms of availability, the room is free as of today.

The room itself has a large wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a shelving unit. There is plenty of sunlight with large scale windows, and a tons of space in case you have any additional furniture you’d be moving in with.

The flat itself is very spacious with both a large living room area, as well as a separate dining & kitchen space. Both of these are shared, alongside the single bathroom. We also have a dishwasher, washing machine, and a bi-weekly cleaner.

You’ll be sharing this with 2x professionals, one male & female, both in their early 30’s. We’ve been here for +3 years, and one is mix of working from home & the office, the other works at a hospital. We have zero preference on gender, and would just like to meet someone who is friendly & will fit in with us.

Few boring bits; all bills aren’t inclusive but come up to between £100-200 a month - these include water, gas, internet, & council tax - with the higher amount coming through in the winter.
