Hi future housemate,
We have a spacious room in Tooting Broadway only 5 mins walk from Tooting Broadway tube station. We are lucky enough to have a big garden with some shed space. The area is great with lots of bars, restaurants and a local market, access to loads of large beer gardens right around the corner.
The house is really lovely, in particular the massive living room and kitchen (who knew you needed two sinks) with two fridge freezers. The house is a 4 bed with 2 full bathrooms and a little office/spare room so you'll never be short of space. There's also on-street parking (permit only) if you need it.

About us:
Liz (30) is from Ireland and works as a speech and language therapist. Her new years resolution is to perfect even more cocktail recipes, so watch out!
Susie (32) is our resident gamer from Eastbourne, who works in the civil service. She enjoys a non-competitive game of squash and taking us on adventures in her car.
Archie (28) is a chef and somewhat musician, he loves a beer and some good grub, cosy pubs and long walks.
Fran (the outgoing flatmate) is leaving the house to relocate to Glasgow - she says "I loved living here with this bunch and will miss it very much!"

We're looking for a friendly and fun flatmate aged 28-34 to join our sociable household. We keep the place clean and all do our fair share around the house. We are social people, although we respect privacy and like our alone time as well. We love a tv night on the couch (all important access to Netflix, NowTV, Amazon Prime Video and Disney+ across the housemates) and enjoy bbqs and trips to the pub. We are a mixture of WFH and commuters so it's a good mix for everyone.

We're looking for someone to move in by the 5th of February and we're flexible on the specific date.

Money wise it's £745 for the room. Bills including council tax (band E), super fast Internet, water, TV licence and energy come to about £80 on top of the rent. Our landlord is very hands off and easy to deal with. A while back he did mention raising the rent slightly this year but he doesn't seem to be in any hurry to actually do it.
