Double Room near Tooting Broadway - from 1st Feb

I am moving out to buy my own place and looking for someone to fill my room in our lovely 3 bed house share in Tooting Broadway, £1050pcm (+£100 bills).

We are 8-10 mins walk from Tooting Broadway, pubs, shops and Tooting Market, walkable to Earlsfield/Earlsfield Station and the house is about a 5 mins walk from St Georges Hospital.

The house is a 3 bed split over 3 floors so feels really spacious for 3 people with lots of room and storage. There is an en-suite room on the top floor and then 2 bedrooms on the first floor who share a bathroom and separate toilet. We also have a lovely little garden with a shed / bike shed which gets sun in the afternoons, top of the shed is great for sunbathing in summer!

The room itself is as large double room with two huge built in double wardrobes, room for desk/work from home space and really bright and airy - I get great afternoon sun shining through onto the mantle piece in the afternoon / evenings. Room comes with the built in wardrobes and then the bed.

You'll be living with Jess (32, works in tech/data) and Becca (31, Accountant for an R&D company) - we have a really lovely relaxed vibe in the house, we have our separate lives but also lots of kitchen chitchats and the occasional pub trip /dinner.

We have lived here for over two years and our landlord is really great and responsive, we are on a 12 month contract (runs to Nov 2025), with a 6 month break clause and ability to replace your self if you need too - so really flexible.
