Couples preferred! Social share house in Tooting

We have a large double room with private bathroom available for a social couple!

The house:
Huge 5 bed, 3 bath house in Tooting Broadway that has been completely renovated, completed April 2023. We have lived there since so everything is still in near new condition. You will have a large double bedroom (approx 3.5m x 4.5m) which comes furnished with a double bed (and mattress), two chests of drawers and a triple wardrobe. There is plenty of room for more furniture if needed! You will also have your own bathroom with bath/shower, basin and toilet. There are three bathrooms in total at the property, so two people allocated to each one.
There is a huge double reception room where we will frequently be found watching various movies and TV shows together (trash and other!) as well as plenty of sports over the weekend.
Kitchen is also new and has plenty of space to cook up a storm, with an American style fridge freezer containing built in water/ice dispenser too.
Huge private garden to the rear of the property with plenty of room for bbqs, afternoon cocktails and evening fires.

Location:
Located on a quiet and friendly suburban street, 10 minute walk from Tooting Broadway, 13 minute walk to Tooting Station and various bus routes too. Local amenities including gyms, supermarkets (Sainsbury's, Lidl, OneStop, Iceland etc), salons, restaurants, pubs etc all located within a 5-10 minute walk too. 12 minute walk from Tooting market which is great for date nights and catch ups too.

Your housemates:
Four amazing people to live with who are all incredibly social but likewise, enjoy their own time too. All working professionals aged 26-30 so looking for similar ages. One girl and three guys. Love a pub trip, football, games nights, cooking together and are all great friends for many years, so would love to have a social couple who would be involved and hang out. We've also been on weekends away and even overseas trips together.
Bridget is a Kiwi and the three guys are Brits. I'm an aussie so the house is used to the aussie/kiwi slang/accents/craziness!

You:
A fun and social couple, both employed full time with references (for the agents) and must have a right to rent in the UK. Ideally aged within the 24-32 year old bracket. 

Other:
Room cost is £1,400 per month (£700 per person in the couple).
Move in date is somewhat flexible in Feb, 1st of March is the absolute latest though.
Bills approx £110 per month, per person.
In person viewings available ASAP after work and on weekends.
You will be signed onto the joint contract which expires on the 30th of April, 2026.

My partner and I have purchased our own property which is the only reason why we're leaving - we are incredibly heart broken to be leaving our friends! Some of the group has been friends for over 20 years so we will still very much be a part of the friendship group and can't wait to meet you too!
