Large double room to rent available in Tooting - sharing with 2 girls. 5 minute walk from the tube, just off the main road with various supermarkets.

Looking for a sociable male that is clean & tidy but also loves a pint (we live opposite the pub). We've lived in Tooting for 2 years whilst working in London. We are both pretty active n enjoy a trip to our local.

The boring stuff - the double room is available on the first floor, with 1 bathroom shared between all housemates. Large living and kitchen space too (see pics). We are in the cheapest band of council tax (get in) and bills roughly come to £100 per month. Contract starts 12/02 but we can be flexible if you'd prefer.
