Double room in friendly Tooting houseshare

We are looking for a new female housemate to move into a double bedrooom in a friendly 4 bed house share in Tooting Broadway!

The house is currently 3 female professionals, aged 28-30. We are looking for someone who is a professional of a similar age as our current housemate is sadly moving out.

We all have our own busy social lives, but are equally partial to chilling on the sofa together with a glass of wine. We are looking for a clean, respectful and tidy housemate and someone who is sociable and friendly to join us.

The room is a double bedroom on the top floor, that comes furnished with a wardrobe, brand new double bed, large set of drawers and bed side table.

It is a cosy double bedroom that although can fit a small desk, it is not suitable / we are not looking for someone who works fully remotely or from home all of the week.

We are lucky enough to have a lovely big living room and separate dining area which is great open space, and we have a garden which is great for the summer months!
