Friendly Tooting Houseshare

Hi!
We are looking for another housemate to join us in our lovely flat share in Tooting as one of our housemates is sadly leaving us! It's a 5 minute walk from Tooting Broadway station and very close to all the local bars, restaurants & shops Tooting has to offer. We also have the cutest coffee shop around the corner!
The room is £850 PCM (with fixed bills coming to £45. Electricity has been ~£50 in winter, less in summer).
Available from 27th of November! Tenancy to start 28th. Open to flexibility on earlier move in date.
The flat itself has 4 great sized bedrooms, 2 modern bathrooms so you are sharing with only one other, a kitchen/living space and a patio/terrace.
Your room is really warm and dry and comes with 2 wardrobes, double bed, desk and bedside table.
Our landlord is really responsive. We have modern appliances with a new washer/dryer and a new American style fridge/freezer.

A bit about us:
We are three young professionals, Courtney (32), Laura (32) & Emily (28). We are fun, kind and sociable girls looking to live with like minded people, who want to make a house a home. We are up for cosy nights in but equally love exploring London, going out for brunch and drinks/dinner when we are free, but also appreciate our own space! Emily is a Nurse, Courtney is a Buyer for a wine company and Laura is a sommelier and actress!
