Hello!!!

The flat is located on first floor less than 10 minutes away from Tooting and Tooting Broadway stations (northern line and thameslink to city of London and west end), there are also many buses and commuting from here is very easy. Plenty of shops, gyms, food places and amenities all around.

Flat is a 2 bedroom with shared living room and kitchen(which I barely use eating at work), all furnitures and appliances including dish washer, there’s also a terrace

Ideally both rooms are available as I will take the other one, the en suite would come at £1150 as it’s slightly larger and fit a desk too, room 2 has its own bathroom just outside

I come from Italy, being in London for many years working now Monday to Friday as chef manager, I’m very chilled and easy going, quiet and respectful.
Prices of rooms include all bills. Can welcome indoor cats
