Sociable house share in Tooting Broadway!

Hi! We are looking for 2 girls to join our amazing house in Tooting Broadway as 2 of our housemates are leaving this autumn 🥲

Move in date: (this room) 1st Oct

- The House -
Eleanor and I have lived here over 3.5 years and very much call this house our home. We have a big livingroom, kitchen, garden and loads of storage space. We also have a big bathroom with a bathtub and a shower cabin as well so you can always pick an choose. Our street is quiet and really close to the market & tube station (5min walk-ish)
We split a cleaner twice a month for the common areas.

Tooting has so many nice pubs and restaurants, and obviously there's Tooting Market as well, which is always fun, but if you don't know the area we'll be here to take you on a tour:)

— The Room —
- The room is £725 pcm and bills come to around £70. You will probably not find cheaper bills in the area! (no literally, our water bill is only £15 each per month)
- Deposit is £761 & we deal directly with a real estate and the landlord is super laidback.
- The room itself has space for a desk, and comes with a built-in wardrobe

- The household -
You'll be living with Eleanor and Cortney, and one other girl!
We're very laidback, clean, like a beer or a wine watching TV together, going to the pub or a picnic in the park, but we also have a good balance of having our own space and doing our own thing.

We're just looking for a similar girl who is friendly, up for going to the pub sometimes or watch TV together in the evenings as well as clean and pulls her weight in the household stuff too!
