I’m looking for someone to replace me in my lovely room in a spacious three-level house, just a stone’s throw from Tooting Broadway Station!
The Room & House:
• Rent: £812.50 per month (+ bills, usually around £70)
• Furnished with a bed and wardrobe
• Balcony with lots of sunlight, a great spot to relax
• Large house over three levels, shared with three friendly flatmates
• One shared bathroom & a cosy living room (great for the occasional TV night – The Traitors was a fave!)
The Flatmates:
You’ll be living with Eliza, Ellie, and David, all working professionals. Everyone is friendly and respectful, we chat in the kitchen and occasionally go for drinks, but mostly have our own lives, this isn’t a party house!
Location & Transport:
• Right next to Tooting Broadway Station (Northern Line)
• 30 minutes to Central London, super easy commute!
Who We’re Looking For:
• Tidy, respectful, and friendly housemate
• Age range: Ideally 23-30s
• Not a party house, but social enough for a chilled drink now and then
• Smokers welcome (flatmates smoke on the balcony, no indoor smells)
• Move-in before 25th May
• Looking for someone long-term (1-year minimum)
