Double Bedroom with En-Suite, Tooting Broadway

We’re looking for someone to fill a large double room in Tooting Broadway, as our current housemate is relocating out of London. The room is a great size (the biggest in the house) and comes unfurnished, with an en-suite.

The rest of the property is a real gem, with an open plan living room/kitchen diner and access to a good-sized garden. We’re located just under a 10-minute walk from Tooting Broadway, and Earlsfield is about 20 minutes. Both have fantastic amenities and an amazing selection of restaurants, pubs and shopping options. We’re also on the 77, 44 and 270 bus routes, with a bus stop right outside the house.

Bills generally come to £100 per month, on top of the rent, which for this room will be £987.50, meaning the new tenant can expect to pay £1087.50 per month in total. The room is available from 1st June 2025.

A bit about your housemates:

Claire (33) works in fundraising for a homeless charity, loves a yoga class or a hike and is always up for exploring new parts of the city.

Nish (32) works in marketing, loves running and always up for a Barry’s, and brunch. She also used to have a little baking side business so can be persuaded to bake sweet treats!

Louise (31) works as a writer for a homelessness charity and is a spin instructor. She’s always up for trying a new class or finding somewhere new to eat out!

We’re looking for a fun and friendly female housemate who we can socialise and be at ease with. We enjoy spending time together when schedules allow, but are equally happy doing our own thing or chilling in front of the TV of an evening. We're pretty house proud, tidy, considerate and always up for a laugh!
