We have a lovely room available in tooting from the 6th of may, with the lease currently running until September 2026.

The room is on the second floor of the house, has plenty of storage space, natural light and is spacious.

Location wise, the house is in a great spot being a 6 minute walk to Tooting broadway station ( northern line) and a 5 minute walk to tooting rail station. There is a lidl, aldi, sainsburys and tesco all within a 5-7 minute walk away from the house and there is a gym at the end of the road.

You’ll live with 3 incredibly lovely girls who are all 24 and working professionals. We like to hangout, cook dinners together, watch Netflix or go to the pub and want to find someone who is a similar vibe, works full time, while also respecting each other’s chill time.

The house itself is modern and spacious with a big kitchen, comfy lounge area and a large sunny backyard (perfect for summer).
