We have a downstairs double room with you're own private bathroom available from 4 Sept 2026. Definitely, come check it out to get a feel for the flat as well because it's deffo better to be seen in person. It sells itself. It's 3 bed, 2 bath mezzanine flat with a great share living space.

You've got Tooting Broadway tube in 8mins walk, 4 minutes walk to Tooting Markets and 1 min stumble to the Selkirk Pub. All good vibes nearby.

There's good security to the flat too which is an added bonus. Codes on the outside gates as well as codes for the Building entrance door and then you got the Flat Lock. Plus two skinny blokes in the flat as the last line of defence.. 4 layers of security. The perks keep flowing..

You'll be sharing the flat with myself and Dash (James). We're both working professionals and mates on our days off. Looking for someone who's got similar interests. We aren't a party household, but we do have friends over for the weekend every now and then, so it's pretty chill.

Oh, we also do a thing where you can Airbnb your room out whilst away, helps with flight costs etc.. but we can chat through that if you want when you swing by the place.
