The room:
It's a sizable double room with a beautiful 4 poster bed and lots of storage. Comes with access to a private shower (not an ensuit). The property is a Victorian Terrance 4 bed, with a shared living room, kitchen and dining area and lovely garden at the back. The room is on the ground floor along with the separate shower room.
7 minute walk to Tooting Broadway underground / 10 minute walk to Tooting station. Lots of buses 2 minutes away & within a 5 minute radius you have lots of shops and restaurants on the high street. But we're just set back enough for it to be a quiet street.

About us:
We are a couple with a dog - Heather (31) and Callum (29), a corgie named Flapjack (5).
We both work full time, are chill people, we occasionally like having friends around but on the whole is a very relaxed house.

An ideal flatmate would be someone who is clean, tidy and respectful and who also doesn't mind the fact that our dog rules the house. Potential for a small desk in the room, but would recommend viewing to decide if it's right for you.
