Spacious 4-bed Victorian house with a kitchen/dining with a walk-in pantry (London rarity!) and separate living room as well as a large garden.
8 min walk from the northern line (Tooting Broadway) with everything you need nearby. Tooting Common is also walking distance away
YOU:
Looking for someone around similar age who’s friendly and sociable that likes to keep a tidy house and clean up after themselves. We don’t just want flatmates, but friends too that are happy to go for a drink or flat meal in.
The landlord will do reference checks so must be a full time employed professional. Dog lover is also a must as I have an adorable lively spaniel 🐶
Going through housemate changes as it’s the end of the lease but I’m staying on.
