I’m looking for someone to replace me in my lovely room in a spacious three level house right next to Tooting Broadway station.
The Room & House:
- Rent: £812.50 per month (+ bills, usually around £70)
- Furnished with a bed and wardrobe (mirror and dresser will be taken away)
- Balcony with lots of sunlight, a great spot to relax and catch some sunshine! Also lovely for bbqs 🍖
- Large house over three levels, shared with three lovely flatmates
- One shared bathroom & a cosy living room (great for movie nights)
The Flatmates:
You’ll be living with Eliza, Ellie, and David, all working professionals. Everyone is friendly and respectful, we chat in the kitchen and occasionally go for drinks at the pub, but mostly have our own lives. The house is empty during the week as everyone usually works in the office.
Location & Transport:
- Right next to Tooting Broadway Station (Northern Line)
Who We’re Looking For:
- Tidy, respectful, and friendly housemate
- Age range: Ideally 23-30s
- Social, likes to go out for dinner or for a drink
