I am moving out of my room in a 3 bed flat that i currently live in with 2 friends. The room is a decent size, with a sizeable kitchen and lounge, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, spread over 3 floors, with plenty of additional storage space.

The room consists of a double bed, bedside table and built in wardrobe. The desk, desk chair and shelves are my own but i would be happy to leave these here for you for very cheap.

The flat is an 8-10 minute walk from Tooting Broadway station, 5 minutes from a gym and 5 minutes from Lidl.

You would be taking my place in a one year contract starting in June and ending im June 2026.

Rent is £1900 for the whole flat so the split per person is £633.34, with the deposit 5 weeks rent (£730).
