Four good sized double bedrooms rooms, each one would fit a desk, if you needed to work from home. Bedrooms are part furnished with double beds, mattresses, chest of drawers, wardrobe, bedside tables. Some rooms have large built in wardrobes as well.

House has two bathrooms so plenty for 4 people.

The garden is a good size and very low maintenance with table and chairs if you wanted to eat outside in the sunshine.

It is great for a house share and the current tenants are four friends who have lived there for a couple of years. It would also work for for a family looking to take the whole house.

Tooting Broadway is a great area with the tube (northern line) plus loads of great pubs and restaurants. Tooting market is a real foodie hotspot too.
