Hi everyone,
We have a nice double bedroom available from July 2025, the bedroom comes refurbished but you’ll need to get your own bedding covers .

We require 1 month in advance plus deposit which is shown on the ad. :)

Our house has a clean functional bathroom, each tenant will have their own shelve in our long cupboard and in the shower. We have a nice open plan living space and kitchen area. We have two fridges one for the men and only for the female , you’ll have your own shelve in the fridge. We have a decent garden which we just chill or if you need to smoke in the garden.

We don’t do parties or do get togethers , this house , everyone does their own thing and keep to them selves.

With having a guest over , you can have your family to visit you , you can have a friend visit you but then will have to go home. As to sleepovers, if you have girlfriend or boyfriend then they can sleep over only 10 days spread out each month but not during the week . If you have a family member or a friend coming from abroad wanting to visit you they can stay in your bedroom with you using your days you have left from the 10 days you have for each month. No strangers are allowed , we also let the house group know when you have a visit or if you have your partner sleep over so there’s no surprises. Noises in the bedroom are to keep quiet not to disturb the rest of the tenant .

Weekly chores is required to do each week can be a day of your choice as long as it done each week. The chosen tenant will have the hovering chore in the whole house just not the bathroom or the other tenants bedroom.

All communal areas are to be kept clean and clear ready for the next tenant to use , nothing is to be left out . Anything that belongs to you is to be kept in your bedroom and no where around the house .

No loud noise or slamming doors.

Bills will be sent to me every three months which I’ll sent reminder to all in our group chat once you are chosen I’ll add you to the group. We pay for tv licence , broadband . The gas and electric is paid in turns which I’ve made a chart with everyone name so you’ll know when you are next. We also have a toilet roll chart so everyone takes turn in buying it.

We require two landlord reference, check your background so we know what you do for social life , passport check and lastly your work status , how long your been at your work place .

Our home is a quiet peaceful place , so respecting each other is top priority in this household as we have busy week with work.

No smoking inside the house ..

No students, and no one under the age of 35 .
