We have a room available in our 5 bed terraced house with a garden in Tooting Broadway. It's a double and you can fit a desk, rent is £700 for the room. It's a gorgeous room with a view to the backyard garden. The house has 2 bathrooms both with a toilet and shower and someone has an ensuite so you're basically sharing with one other.

It is available from 30th June and we are looking for a professional to move in! Current flatmates are between 23 and 26 and a mix of Australian and British they're always keen for a chat in the kitchen, watching some MAFs and not opposed to a pub trip.

We are about an 5 minute walk to Tooting Broadway station and about 3 minutes from Tooting Market.

Bills come to around £60 including a fortnightly cleaner. Is a real steal for London!
We are direct with the landlord who is quick to help fix things when we need. You will not be on the contract - the main tenant Nathan is but there is a opportunity to get on the contract in September
