The first-floor flat is spacious and filled with natural light, featuring an open-plan kitchen and living room.

Located just a short walk from Tooting Broadway tube station (Zone 3 Northern Line), it's perfect for commuting into central London and enjoying the local shopping. Tooting is vibrant and full of character, with amazing restaurants, pubs and the lively Broadway Market just a 2-minute walk away.
You'll be sharing the flat with Michelle (early 40s), a friendly professional and her adorable indoor cat, Ziggy. Michelle loves brunch, coffee, walking, exploring new places, and traveling.
She is very clean, considerate, respectful, easy-going & loves a relaxing home environment.
The ideal flatmate should be clean, considerate, respectful, and easy-going. Ideally, a working professional in permanent employment, preferably female and 30+, who is office-based.
This is a non-party, non-smoking flat.
Rent: £1195 per month
Deposit: £1000 (refundable, subject to room condition)
Included in the rent:
High-speed fibre internet (920mb)
Council tax
Water
TV license (with Netflix, Amazon Prime, and apps like All 4, BBC iPlayer, etc.)
Note:
Electricity requires an additional £50 each.
This amount is fixed for 12 months but may vary depending on usage.
