Double room near Tooting Broadway tube station

As our housemate is moving into her own place, we’re looking for someone to move into her room.

The house is on quite a quiet residential road just off the main part of Tooting Broadway, with a parking space in the driveway, a shared bathroom and a living room.

The room is furnished, and has a second little room off to the side for any extra storage you may need, though the main room includes a bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Were a friendly and sociable household who will sit and have a glass of wine here and there but are just as happy to leave you to do your own thing.,
The house also comes with my housemate Hannah’s friendly dachshund Klaus.
