Double room in spacious flat with garden

Hi, myself and my flatmate Jeanine are looking for a new tenant for our 3 bed flat. Our current housemate is unfortunately moving out at the end of the tenancy and we are looking for a fun and friendly girl to fill her room.

The flat is a 4 minute walk to Tooting Broadway underground and a 10 minute walk to Tooting Train Station. It’s also only minutes walk from shops (such as Sainsbury’s and Aldi), pubs, bars, restaurants and the markets, but it’s located on a quiet street. I work for a children’s charity and work hybrid between office and home and Jeanine works in marketing and also works hybrid. We are both socialble and love a chat and hanging out as a flat when we are home, but also have our own friendship groups and social lives. Our flat has a lovely garden that is a real sun trap! 1 and a half bathrooms and a shared living/kitchen area. Bills come to approx £85 per month and the flat has a washing machine and dishwasher.
