Double Room in friendly house share

Our housemate is going travelling so we’re looking for someone to take his room.

Charlotte is 34 and works in luxury travel
Emily is 35 and is a nurse

We are your generic fabulous people and have made the house our home, which we’d love a new housemate to want to be a part of too.

As per every other spareroom ad: we like to hang out together but also have our own social circles. We’re very clean and want someone who likes to be the same. We like the odd film/vinyl night, pub trip (the pub next door is great!) and wander around the local parks and cafes

Like a drink but not a party house. We dog sit pretty regularly so being a dog lover is a must.

The room is a double with plenty of storage both inside and outside the room. There is an additional cupboard outside the room for this person. There’s a massive attic for extra storage too. The room is £760 /month before bills

There are two bathrooms, 1 downstairs and 1 upstairs (with a shower and bath)

We can be flexible on the move in date and can be around Christmas or in the new year!
