2 Spacious Rooms in Tooting Broadway House

Housemates are moving out to go travelling so looking for social people to fill 2 fully furnished double rooms.

The house is modern and is set over 3 stories with a bathroom on each floor (2 with showers).

There is a large open plan kitchen/lounge that opens out onto a nice sized garden which is great for hosting. We have a bbq and a dart board which get a lot of use over the summer.

1 room is very large and the other room is slightly smaller but comes with a box room to use an office for working from home.

The house is on a quiet residential road but is only a 5 minute walk to Tooting Broadway station on the northern line and less than 2 mins from Tooting Market which is good fun for drinks and food. Tooting Common is a short walk away which is great for a run or chilling when it’s sunny.

There are also plenty of supermarkets within a 5 min walk and gyms, nice cafes and pubs down the road - the Castle has a great beer garden for the summer!

Move-in date is mid-September, with contract being signed for a year.

You will be living with 2 guys in their 20s. Ben works in consultancy and Charles works in tech sales. We usually work from home 2-3 days a week so ideally looking for someone with similar.

We are clean, social and easygoing and we like going to the gym/running, football, pubs, etc

We are looking for a friendly, clean young professional of a similar age who is keen to be a friend and not just a housemate.

We have our own separate mates around London but keen to have someone that will be social within the house as well.
