4 Bedroom Young Professional household

Hi potential flatmate,

We’re Matt and Soumya, check out the info below and shoot us a message if you think you’re the right fit for one of the two rooms available in the house.

The rooms:
Room 1 has built in storage and is furnished. It is on the first floor and shares a bathroom, on the same level, with a total of three people. There is also a seperate toilet downstairs.
Room 2 is on the second floor and has an en-suite (shower) and is also furnished.

Both rooms also have access to a shared study, if you work from home this would make for a great work space.

The location.
5 mins walk to Tooting Broadway station with access to the Northern line, 20 mins into zone 1 central london.
Tooting market and other amenities including M&S, Sainsbury's, Lidl etc within 5 mins walk of the house. And a quick 10 mins walk to tooting common.

Bills are £140 monthly per person. This covers electricity, gas, water, wifi, council tax and fortnightly cleaners.

The current flatmates.
Soumya is a journalist who works remote (usually from her room) she is from New Zealand and moved to London a year ago. She enjoys traveling, exploring London, museums, art, a bottomless brunch and meeting new people.
Matt (me) is a teacher and does not work from home. I’m an Australian who moved to London two years ago. I enjoy going to the theatre, walks around the common, socialising and meeting new people.

Ideally we are looking for two LGBT friendly people to join our household who will respect each other’s space and also contribute to the friendly and social environment of the house.
