4 Bedroom Young Professional household

Hi potential flatmate,

We’re Matt and Steve, check out the info below and shoot us a message if you think you’re the right fit for one of the two rooms available in the house.

The rooms:
Both rooms are of a similar size with built in storage and are furnished. They are on the first floor and share a bathroom, on the same level, with a total of three people. There is also a seperate toilet downstairs.

The location.
5 mins walk to Tooting Broadway station with access to the Northern line, 20 mins into zone 1 central london.
Tooting market and other amenities including Sainsbury's, Lidl etc within 5 mins walk of the house. And a quick 10 mins walk to tooting common.

The current flatmates.
Steve is a professional working from home one or two times a week from the shared study. He has recently moved to London from Manchester and enjoys going to the gym, exploring London, a night out, and socialising.
Matt (me) is a teacher and does not work from home. I’m an Australian who moved to London a year ago. I enjoy going to the theatre, walks around the common, socialising and meeting new people.

You.
Ideally we are looking for two LGBT friendly people to join our household who will respect each other’s space and also contribute to the friendly and social environment of the house.
