The house is 5 minutes walking distance from Tooting Broadway station and St George's Hospital.
The room is small but its a decent size. It comes with a double bed and a wardrobe. Still, I'm afraid, not really for someone who works from home.
The bills are £50-60 in the summer. In the winter a bit more.
