The house is 5 minutes walking distance from Tooting Broadway station (which is the northern line) and St George's Hospital.
The room has a double bed and it comes with a wardrobe. The housemate moving out will leave his bedside table, mirror and other storage stuff that will come useful.
The bills ranges between £50-60 in the summer and winter bills will vary.
