Room to Rent in Tooting Flat with Outdoor Space

We're looking to fill a single room in our bright, cosy flat. It's less than a 10 minute walk from Tooting Broadway tube station, and we have an outdoor space with wooden decking and seating (and enough space for a barbecue). The room has space for under-bed storage and shelves, and there's a larger wardrobe just outside the bedroom door for you to use. The room gets lots of natural sunlight during the day, and is the cosiest room in the flat during the cold winter months.

We're a flat of young female professionals, who love to spend quality time together - cooking, eating, chatting, movie nights, exercising. With our current flatmate moving abroad to start her rugby career in South Africa, we'd love to find a new person to complete our flat trio.

I'm 29 and work in the charity sector on human rights and climate change. Niamh, our other flatmate, is 26, an actor, and also works for a veterinary practice (and has great Irish craic).

The flat has a combined living room and kitchen space, with a large communal bathroom. The flat is under Council Tax Band C in Wandsworth (cheapest place in the UK for council tax). We're a short walk from loads of great bars, pubs, shops and restaurants between Tooting Broadway and Tooting Bec, so the area is very well-connected and there is plenty to do. We're at the end of a cul-de-sac, so there's space outside to park up bikes, etc. If there are any medical professionals looking for a room, you can actually see St George's Hospital from the bedroom window (literally a 2 minute walk away).
