Lovely en-suite room in a friendly Tooting!!

We’re looking for someone to join our lovely, chilled house in Tooting Broadway 10 mins from the tube. The available room is a spacious double with its own half en-suite (shower + sink, shared toilet).

The house is spread three floors with loads of space. There are three loos (one on each floor), plus a bath and separate shower on the top floor. We’ve also got a small garden and a spare room. All in, bills come to £90-110 per month and the moving date is relatively flexible from mid October.

You’d be living with Lauren (34, reception teacher), Amber (30, year 4 teacher), Izzy (29, digital marketing) and of course Izzy’s dog Harris (9), the cutest dog you’ll ever meet 🐶. We’re friendly and want someone who’ll treat the place as a home, not just a room. The vibe is chilled and sociable, and we like to hang out to watch tv, dinner and drinks.

📍 Location-wise, we’re a short walk to Tooting Broadway tube (Northern Line) and close to the shops and cafés of Tooting.
