Description
We're looking for someone to move into our home from mid-October as our current housemate is moving out to go travelling.
The room is furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, bedside table and built-in wardrobe. It shares a bathroom with one other person. It’s currently set up as an office, but we’ve included photos of it as a bedroom so you can see the size and layout. Bills are an additional £150 a month which will include a cleaner for common areas a couple of times a month.
We’re an 8-minute walk from Colliers Wood tube (Northern Line), 10 minutes from Tooting Broadway, and about the same to Tooting train station with direct links into central London and Streatham. The area has loads of great places to eat and drink (especially if you love Indian food), plus plenty of green spaces nearby.
Current housemates are Zanna and Rob. We’ve lived together for a few years and have a mix of interests, from cooking and going to gigs to football and travel. We both keep fairly busy with work and social lives, but also enjoy catching up in the kitchen and watching a good film on an occasional chilled Friday night.
