Room available for lodger – Tooting Broadway

We are a couple (M, 51 / F, 47) looking for a considerate lodger to share our home.

Our place is a bright, tastefully decorated two-bedroom flat, right in the heart of quirky and eclectic Tooting. Located on the top floor, it offers a fully equipped kitchen (Smeg appliances including a coffee machine and milk frother), washing machine/dryer, a shared bathroom, and a bright and spacious living area which opens onto a small balcony. Super-fast WIFI and cable TV are included.

The flat is a three-minute walk to Tooting Broadway station, with Northern Line services direct to Central London in 15–20 minutes. Various buses to Central and South West London are right on the doorstep, as are lots of great restaurants, cafes, pubs and shops. Sainsbury’s supermarket is a three-minute walk away.

We are looking for an independent professional or sensible mature student to stay in our home for a minimum commitment of six months, with the possibility to extend. We are looking for someone who is friendly, respectful and considerate and is looking for a calm and quiet place to call home. References and proof of right-to-rent are required. Sorry, no couples, pets or smoking/vaping.
