Currently flatmate/friend is moving out due to relocating to Glasgow (😢)
The flat has been completely furnished by me so you will just need some stuff for your room!

You will have the place to yourself a lot as I’m away with work most the time!
So the flat has a separate front room/kitchen, private garden and parking is Available on the road with a permit! Also no more than 5 Minute walk from Tooting Broadway Tube station (Zone 3) Perfect for anyone without a car. Can get to Heathrow in 1hr/1hr30mins or driving I think quickest was 30 mins at 4am 😂 or if Gatwick based I would say you can get the train in 30-40mins.
Rent is £1050 a month plus bills.
Deposit is required
Our landlord Lauren is lovely and fixes stuff straight away! This is her only property. We pay the rent on the 9th of Each month.
Tooting Broadway is a great place to live I’ve been here 5 years now! we have a Market with loads of cool and urban bars. Lots of shops on the high street including a huge Primark, Sainsbury’s, bars/ restaurants.
