Bright small double available in Tooting

We're looking for a third flatmate to join our cosy flat in Tooting Broadway, available from the end of September/start of October.

🛏️ THE ROOM
The room available is a small double with lots of natural light and furnished with a bed and wardrobe. There is additional under-bed storage space, along with space for a small desk (as seen in the pictures).

🏠 THE FLAT
The flat is a lovely, bright and modern 3 bed maisonette with two bathrooms, a separate kitchen and a bright, airy living room. The flat is located on a residential street with little traffic and lots of families - it’s nice, quiet and safe. A cleaner comes every two weeks and is included in the room rent. It was redecorated last year so still feels very new! Our landlord is communicative and sorts things quickly.

Tooting Rail Station (Thameslink): 5 mins walk away
Tooting Broadway (Northern Line): 12 mins walk away
Multiple bus routes (333, 280, 270, 127, 77, 44) all within 3 mins walk

🙋 THE FLATMATES
Tamsin, 30, works in the civil service
Varinder, 31, works as a senior strategist
We're a friendly household that enjoys socialising together but also respecting each other's space. We both work a mix from home and in the office, but the wifi in the flat is never an issue (we’ve had plenty of times where all 3 of us are working from home in simultaneous meetings)

💰 COSTS
The rent is £1075 with bills (room is £950)
