2 double rooms available in friendly houseshare

We are looking for 2 new female housemates to join us in our friendly 4-bed house share in Tooting Broadway. We are female professionals, aged 29-31.

One room is available from the 11th October (flex to be bit earlier ) and the other from 25th October.

Each room price:
Rent + all bills included = £815
Deposit = £722.59

Both rooms are double bedrooms that come furnished with a wardrobe, double bed, large set of drawers and bed side table/ mini drawer unit. The rooms can also fit a small desk and additional storage space is available if needed!

The house is in a fantastic location on a lovely residential road and is just a 6/7 minute walk to Tooting Broadway tube station, 5 minutes to Tooting Broadway market and 10/15 minute walk to Tooting common.

Whilst we all have our own busy social lives, we are equally partial to chilling on the sofa together in the evenings with a glass of wine and watching some tv! We are looking for a clean, respectful and tidy housemate and someone who is sociable and friendly to join us
