I am seeking a tenant swap as I am moving into another property with a friend. The house is currently three lads who are all really sporty and enjoy the occasional evening in the pub too. All working professionals and there is plenty of space in the house for all three of us to work from home with privacy.

This was previously lived in by the family who owns it, so everything in the house is very nicely done and it’s a great environment. The others living here are very friendly and looking for someone similar who will be clean & tidy and take good care of the place!

Bedroom 1 features two wardrobes, a window overlooking the garden which catches the sun and natural light, and a double bed with under bed storage. If occupying this room, you can enjoy a dedicated WFH set-up downstairs with a proper desk, whilst the other two tenants work from their rooms if also WFH.
